CATCHUP and OPINION.

GM logoWASHINGTON – The top GM (General Motors) CEO stepped down yesterday due to the company failing after receiving millions from US.

------------------------------------------

On Meet the Press, Former Presidential Candidate Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) said that he may or may NOT support his former running mate Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin (R) depending on the situation then. He mentioned possible nominees such as Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty,Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal , or Utah Gov. Jon Huntsman.

I don’t think he’ll support Palin in 2012 if she runs. In another interview,he said he may not support her. Palin already started a PAC (SarahPAC.com) and is important to the GOP to win back the USA.I personally want a Romney ticket. -PoliUn Editor Julian

LONDON – The G20 Summit started with MASSIVE security. Protests and police scatter the famous city as 20 of the world’s largest economies’ leaders meet.

I think people are PISSED at these governments for driving us into a GLOBAL recession. I don’t blame the British for striking before socialism (Labour Party) completely takes over. Hopefully, the Conservatives will take back control next year and bye-bye Gordon Brown. – Anonymous

WELCOME TO THE NEW CONSERVATIVE BLOG BY POLITICS UNCOVERED!

WASHINGTON D.C.>
Today,Barack Obama was sworn in as the 44th President. George W. Bush left after the inauguration ASAP to get back to his new home in Dallas,Texas.

HERE'S WHAT I THINK> Be warned. Taxes are expected to go up dramatically...especially with taxes due in April. To fellow conservatives and McCain/Reagan Liberals, DON'T WORRY.
There is H O P E in 2012.
Here's why::
  • A GUARANTEED GOP win. No re-electing Obama. Why? see below...
  • 10 states that voted for Obama are going to LOSE electoral votes :)
  • 5 states that voted for McCain will GAIN electoral votes..and A LOT.

wanna know WHY?

every 10 years, a US Census is released to determine the population and demographics. Each state's electoral votes is determined by the population. It seems that according to the Census, more people have moved into the 'Likely Gainers' states and moved out of the 'likely losers' states. Luckily, the biggest red state (by amount of electoral votes) is TEXAS,which has gained +4 electoral votes :) and has not voted for a Democrat since 1976.

-NOTE: due to the blog posts' colors, the red states are colored YELLOW.

  • Here's the list: [GOP +9;-2 EV | DEM -11 +4]

Likely gainers

  • *Texas - 4 more votes*
  • Arizona - 2 more votes
  • Florida - 1 more vote
  • Georgia - 1 more vote
  • Nevada - 1 more vote
  • North Carolina - 1 more vote
  • Oregon - 1 more vote
  • South Carolina - 1 more vote
  • Utah - 1 more vote

Likely losers

  • Ohio - 2 fewer votes
  • California - 1 fewer vote
  • Illinois - 1 fewer vote
  • Iowa - 1 fewer vote
  • Louisiana - 1 fewer vote
  • Massachusetts - 1 fewer vote
  • Michigan - 1 fewer vote
  • Minnesota - 1 fewer vote
  • Missouri - 1 fewer vote
  • New Jersey - 1 fewer vote
  • New York - 1 fewer vote
  • Pennsylvania - 1 fewer vote
