WASHINGTON D.C.>
Today,Barack Obama was sworn in as the 44th President. George W. Bush left after the inauguration ASAP to get back to his new home in Dallas,Texas.

HERE'S WHAT I THINK> Be warned. Taxes are expected to go up dramatically...especially with taxes due in April. To fellow conservatives and McCain/Reagan Liberals, DON'T WORRY.
There is H O P E in 2012.
Here's why::
  • A GUARANTEED GOP win. No re-electing Obama. Why? see below...
  • 10 states that voted for Obama are going to LOSE electoral votes :)
  • 5 states that voted for McCain will GAIN electoral votes..and A LOT.

wanna know WHY?

every 10 years, a US Census is released to determine the population and demographics.Each state's electoral votes is determined by the population. It seems that according to the Census,more people have moved into the 'Likely Gainers' states and moved out of the 'likely losers' states. Luckily,the biggest red state (by amount of electoral votes) is TEXAS,which has gained +4 electoral votes :) and has not voted for a Democrat since 1976.

-NOTE: due to the blog posts' colors,the red states are colored YELLOW.
