Obama names 2nd HHS Secy to replace Tom Daschle

WASHINGTON – Pres.Obama PRO-LIFE CATHOLIC Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebilus (D) to replace Former HHS Secy-Designate Tom Daschle,who dropped out due to tax problems.
