It seems that according to the Census,more people have moved into the 'Likely Gainers' states and moved out of the 'likely losers' states. Luckily,the biggest red state (by amount of electoral votes) is TEXAS,which has gained +4 electoral votes :) and has not voted for a Democrat since 1976.
