Sarah Palin (R)’s daughter spoke controversy last week,which has led to massive protests in front of his show’s studio chanting Shame on CBS! , Fire Letterman! She will be generally on the liberal wing of the court since she will be replacing a liberal judge but is considered more of a centrist since she has been considered as a judge by Republicans and Democrats as well. She has worked with Presidents George HW Bush and Bill Clinton as a judge. Democrats suggested Sotomayor in 2005 when President George W Bush was looking to replace Sandra Day O’Connor,which eventually went to Samuel Alito.

David Paterson is running for re-election next year and will probably lose.
